Brief introduction
My real name is Sangar. I was born in Kabul in 1981. Fled to Europe in 1992. I finished school in 1999. After that, I took a few cources in Marketing and worked allot in Restaurant business. I am planning to start my own business as a retailer in the near future.
What is your favourite music genre? (Folk/Qataghani/Hiphop/Pop/Hindi)
My favourite music genre is Hiphop. Aside from that I listen allot of Afghani folk music. Attan songs in particular. And I listen to pretty much everything else. Western Pop, Hindi, Afghani pop and mahali.
Who is your favourite Afghan artist/band?
I like a few more than others. Daud Hanif, Ahmad Zahir, Farhad Darya, Nashenas and a few others.
Who is your favourite non-Afghan artist/band?
My favourite non-Afghan artists/bands are: Psycho Realm, Cypress Hill, Delinquent Habits, Immortal Technique, Prince, Michael Jackson & DJ Shadow.
Are you a musician?
I don't consider myself as a musician. I do write raps once in a while as a hobby.
Do you also compose/write/remix songs?
I don't compose songs yet. But I want to learn by practising every now and then. I made a few remixes and I recorded a few rap songs for fun.
